Overview
This error code indicates the control panel cannot read or write to the USB drive.
Call Avoidance

Ensure the USB drive is version 2.0 and high quality such as a Sandisk.

Ensure the .zip file is properly extracted onto the USB drive.

Ensure all other files are deleted from the USB drive.

If the problem persists, turn the main power switch off for a few moments, and then turn it back on. Wait. If the issue doesn't resolve itself, continue the troubleshooting steps below, on-site

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, disconnect power before installing or servicing equipment. A qualified technician must perform the service procedures. |

Ensure the USB drive is version 2.0 and high quality such as a Sandisk.

Ensure the .zip file is properly extracted onto the USB drive.

Ensure all other files are deleted from the USB drive.

Ensure the USB cable is firmly attached to the back of the front control board. If the error persists, continue at step 5.
-
Unplug the USB cable from the back of the front control board, and then plug the USB drive directly into the back of the front control board.

If the file uploads, replace the USB cable.

If the error persists, continue at step 6.

Plug the USB drive directly into the back of the rear control board, and then attempt to upload the files.

If the file uploads, replace the front control board.

If the error persists, replace the USB drive.
